Fern-like appearance

With its feathery, lacy leaves, the Asparagus setaceus looks just like a fern! This ornamental asparagus is one of our favourite plants and is shown off to its best advantage in this enclosed terrarium. The asparagus blooms with fine green-white flowers.

Warranty

How long do I have warranty on an item?
Growing Concepts fully guarantees the quality of its products. For all items you buy from us, the legal guarantee applies, which means that a product must do or be what you as a customer can reasonably expect from it. If you have a complaint about a product, then of course we want to solve this with you. Please contact us at customercare@growingconcepts.nl.

What exactly is covered by the warranty?
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. Damage to the products due to negligence or lack of maintenance is not covered by the warranty.

What is the certificate of guarantee for my item?

The order number you received from us by email serves as your certificate of warranty.

Help, the quality of my plant deteriorates shortly after purchase. What should I do?
Our plants come directly from the grower and are packed and shipped with care. After delivery we cannot check the care and living conditions of the plant. If your plant changes or dies within two weeks of purchase, we will send you a refill package free of charge. Send a picture of the product and your order number to customercare@growingconcepts.nl. You will then receive a new refill for the glassware: pebbles, soil, moss and plant(s) as soon as possible.

My product has defects. Can I exchange it?
All Growing Concepts products are made with the greatest care. Is there something wrong with the product? Please contact our customer service via customercare@growingconcepts.nl. Within two working days after receipt of the complaint or question you will receive a substantive response from us. If everything points to a poorly produced product, you can return it at our expense and we will send you a replacement.

What can I do if my product is delivered damaged?
We take the utmost care in shipping our products. Did your Growing Concepts arrive damaged? In order to properly handle the complaint, we ask you to send the following:

  • A picture of the outside of the package where the package label is visible
  • A photo of the opened package where the content and inner packaging are clearly visible.
  • A photo of the entire size of the product.
  • A detail photo/ close-up of the specific damage to the article.

Send the photos via customercare@growingconcepts.nl. Within two working days after receipt of the complaint or question you will receive a substantive response from us.

My glassware broke during transport. What now?
Despite our best efforts to pack the glass as well as possible, it can unfortunately happen that glassware is broken in transit. Please send a photo of the damaged package and the order number to our customer service at customercare@growingconcepts.nl and we will send you new glassware as soon as possible. In the meantime, we recommend that you remove the plant(s) from the packaging, water them and keep them in a light place in your home until the new glassware arrives. Is the plant damaged? Please mention it and we will send you a new plant.

  • Pakketten kunnen alleen worden afgeleverd op woonadressen, dus niet op postbusadressen. Wij streven ernaar om uw bestelling binnen 1 werkdag te verzenden
  • Zodra je bestelling het magazijn verlaat, sturen we je een e-mail met daarin een Track & Trace code waarmee je de status van uw zending kunt volgen.
