Am I allowed to return my order?

How do I return an item?

If there is something wrong with your product, please contact our customer service They will send you a return link so you can return the package to us free of charge.

When do I get my money back if I return something?

As soon as an article is received back by us in good condition, the paid amount will be refunded to you. We work together with external payment companies. Refunds are usually made within one to fourteen days to the account with which you paid your order.

What can I do if my product is delivered damaged?
We take the utmost care in shipping our products. Did your Growing Concepts arrive damaged? In order to properly handle the complaint, we ask you to send the following:

  • A picture of the outside of the package where the package label is visible
  • A photo of the opened package where the content and inner packaging are clearly visible.
  • A photo of the entire size of the product.
  • A detail photo/ close-up of the specific damage to the article.

The glassware broke during transport. What do I do now?

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot return products that have already been assembled, so please pay close attention when unpacking them and report any defects to us immediately.

Despite our best efforts to pack the glass as well as possible, it can unfortunately happen that glassware is damaged in transit and arrives broken.
