- Packages can only be delivered to residential addresses, not to PO box addresses.
- As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, we will send you an email with a Track & Trace code with which you can track the status of your shipment.
- No delivery on Sun/Monday and public holidays.

For shipments outside the EU, the free shipping expires and different rates apply.
